Many lies on hotel website!...car park not secure, people take short cuts through it. no gate so people park there to go to local restaurant. no Concierge.Elevator had someone stuck in it within first week of arrival! Quiet rooms? where?...i had about ten italian contractors either side of my room, they are noisey and refuse to q! Laundry service? well...
