Small quiet complex on two levels. Basic but well maintained and very clean. A good base from which to explore the island and central for restaurants and entertainment.
We have just returned from a week in the Princesa Ico , the apartments are basic but very clean, very quite around the pool during the day. The pool is unheated and deep so maybe not suitable for children. The bar in Club oceano provides good food espeically breakfast. Just what you need for a week relaxing in the sun....

My parents stay in these apartments every time they visit Puerto Del Carmen now so I booked in there too to see what the fuss was about. It is a very small complex of only 16 apartments which are all very clean and south facing with either a balcony or patio area. There is no reception as everything is managed...

we started off in club oceano, unfortunately as we were very high up, couldn't cope with stairs, as both disabled. out fault for not notifying company of this. after requesting a ground floor apartment, the staff were wonderfully helpfull and showed us their princess ica apartments accross the road. we loved them and felt we would be very comfortable there....

This small sunny complex is ideally located a few minutes walk from the main strip/beach and within a stones throw of two well stocked shops. The complex is very secure and the apartment was quite small but very well furnished and equipped with a large balcony and a sea view (from the upstairs apartments). The apartment and complex were spotless...

After a lot of looking I setteled on this apartment because it looked like the best value for money. Obviously a fully furnished apartment means something different here.
No Television and no air conditioning, and as the bedroom has no window you need a/c. They also wanted an extra €30 to rent the key for the safe as well as...

We do not claim anywhere to have Air conditioning or TV's in our Princesa Ico apartments. The safe rental is €12 per week and I believe that most apartments in Lanzarote charge for use of the safe box. There are not extra charges to use the facilities, indeed you also get free use of all the facilities on our neighbouring...

This place is great. Small and quiet. Security was fabulous with a locked gate, only opened by key. Nearly had to beat the cleaners from the door, they couldn't have been more eager. Very importantly, no roaches. Although they are basic, when I had to make breakfast for a crowd one morning, every conceivable utensil, pot, pan and tons of...

These apartments are in a very central location but still very handy form the strip or old town.
Rooms were basic but had everything that you could want. The staff in Club Oceano were very good on arrival / departure.
The pool at Ico was cold (it was December!) but we still were able to go for a swim. Most...

We first stayed at these apartments in 1997 and have returned several times since. Can not say a bad word about them. They are spotlessly clean, the maids come in and clean what seems like everyday and the pool area is cleaned every night too. They are in a lovely quite area close to the 'strip' but far enough away...
