We are just back from a perfect Easter vacation in Grand hotel Pomorie.I think managers from other Bulgarian hotels should go get trained in that hotel. It's a model place, especially for service. The place is just beautiful, like a palace.Te food, the cleanliness, spa, pools, view, kids' room,library-just perfect.I have never come back from a vacation so pleased and relaxed

I visited the hotel off season (November) and loved it. The hotel is very stylish and modern. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the lobby is impressive - marble and leather everywhere. Every place is impecably clean. I would say it is even better than the pictures. I was amazed by the spa. The variety of procedures and free (included with... More

This hotel's spa centre is incredible. Photos on the web do not do it justice. Warm mineral pools, sauna, an ice room, turkish baths ... you name it. We paid extra for a bath in Pomorie "healing mud". It's worth a try, but a bit stinky. We held an event at the hotel for 80 guests, using the outdoor bar... More

After a break up last year, I went to this hotel with one of my best friends. When we arrived, we were really impressed by the appearence of the hotel. It looked great, it was clean, and when we arrived at the room it even looked better! The bed was huge and soft, there was a bath and coffee making... More

That was very nice vacation. The hotel staff is polite and hospitable. One day we even got a complimentary fruit basket – that was so pleasant. The hotel possesses two outdoor swimming pools: one of them is with mineral water. And there is a rather large wellness center: a lot of kinds of sauna (all I just could imagine), ice... More

Arrival at the hotel was painless apart from the cramped minibus provided by Balkan Holidays, we were at the hotel within an hour of landing at Bourgas Airport. The Receptionists all spoke reasonable English and assistance with the suitcases was available. The room was spacious,(5th floor, 531), space to store two suitcases, wardrobe was more than adequate, free safe deposit... More

This hotel is really the best in Pomorie. Well decorated rooms are clean and spacious, staff is very friendly. All rooms have sea view and two beach beds on balcony. Great location between the Black Sea and big salt lake. Huge bathrooms with all necessary equipment. So, this hotel provides all that needed for summer vacations. Also, the restaurant is... More

Lovely hotel, polite and helpfull staff. The spa is heaven, my favorite was the salty pool. The hotel provides beach towels which was great, unfortunately there weren't enough sunbeds by the pools. Every day there were lots of empty sunbeds with towels on them and no one using them. Would deffinitely recommend the lunch menu in the restaurant, it's a... More

26th June - 3rd July 2010. Hotel - this hotel is without a doubt lovely and spotlessly clean. It is a spa hotel and has an extensive range of treatments at reasonable cost. It also has an area called 'Elements', which has a salt and mineral swimming pool and accuse, Turkish and Russian baths, saunas, relaxation rooms, plunge pools and... More
