The staff upgraded our rooms and went above and beyond in helping us get whatever we needed after our purses were stolen the day before we arrived. The rooms were spotless and the location is amazing.

Went with a group of friends last night and I have eaten at four and five star restaurants around the world and last night's meal stands out as among the best. We stayed in Lisloughrey (as it was known then, wish they didn't change the name!) on a Sunday night, having taken a very rare Monday off work after a Christening in Achill. We were going to head to Westport but en route a friend recommended Lisloughrey, I rang and was shocked to get the room for €85 for the night...
