Stayed here for two nights mid week. Duplex suite has a lounge with large tv, gas fire and small fridge downstairs. Upstairs a large double bed and bathroom with rain shower. Lovely setting but very disappointed with the dark dirty room - the carpet was filthy and covered in burns, from hair straighteners I think. I moved the towels in the bathroom to use the shelf for toiletries and it was thick with dust. The tea tray was covered in stains and hair - disgusting!! Had ordered a bottle of wine... More
