The staff are very friendly and helpful and the style and situation of the hotel is fantastic. I stay here every year and have done for the past 10 + years for the Proposte fabric fair in May and I wouldnt dream of staying anywhere else.

Everything was terrific here, from the concierge service provided by Diego to the wonderful massage to the gourmet scenic dining. This place doesn't gave the elegance of Villa d'este down the road, but it has a warm, cozy feel especially for relaxed travelers like ourselves.

I have truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is not cheap, but worth the money. The views over Lake Como were spectacular, rooms a bit small, but comfortable, staff excellent, food of good quality. The only complain is the price of drinks in their bar which is way too high.

my elegant and confortable home with a wonderfull view of como´s lake is really IMPERIALE !!! we enjoy a trip in a ship around the como´s lake visiting the carlota´s palace with the beautiful garden.. the restaurant is great , the food really delicious and a very good staff. the night on the imperiale terrace.......unforgettable!
