We stayed here during Christmas time(2010). Very close to beach and wonderful location. The staff here are really nice and helpful. Overall, very nice experience. Only negative I could think of- I had wait till 7.30 AM for first coffee. If you are early bird- be prepared for slow start. Fantastic place
