I guess you get similar service from other hotels in this price bracket. You can walk to Sands Convention Center as it is in a same complex, this is a definite plus to stay in this hotel. It's shame windows were dirty as you can not see beautiful LED show of other hotels. If windows were clean, I would have... More

My first time in Macau, and then only for one night, I chose the Four Seasons as I really like the brand and the service it offers. And I was not disappointed, just the opposite. From the outside, the Four Seasons Macau still looks a bit too pseudo-baroque for my taste - but it stands out against all these horrible... More

Four Seasons Macau has improved over the past 2 years, but they are still slow to keep pace with other Four Seasons properties throughout Asia. Especially in the food department, there Belcancaou restaurant with its Portuguese/ Indian/ chinese/seafood buffet/ really confusing concept is in need of a rethink. As well the food at the pool side in the Splash dining... More

Spent a weekend here. A good experience from check in to check out apart from the extortionate 160 pataca a day wifi charge. Most hotels include this as a free service.

The experience started 2 weeks before we actually stayed at the hotel. We were staying in another 5 star luxury hotel in the area in their top floor executive suite for 4 days yet the service was horrendous especially when we needed urgent help locating organic baby food our amah did not pack. I frequent the Hong Kong Fourseasons which... More

We travelled with 2 kids (around 10) and we only stayed for one night (a Saturday), but we were so impressed about their hospitality. Here are some examples: - reception staff came over to chat with the children and gave them souvenir dolls when we are queuing (a very short one) to check in. - we are offered (not that... More

Fantastic service from check-in to the spa to the gym to the pool. Very attentive staff, and many of them remembered my name right away. Service is "invisible" -- the staff shows up when you need help, but never gets in the way. My room was very big and tastefully decorated. And very quiet. The gym is quite spacious, and... More
