This was our first stay at a Four Seasons and we enjoy every day of it. Read on for further details. Four Seasons Macau went for a classical look since it was adjacent to the sprawling Venetian casino. A lot less glass than its competitors and hopefully it holds up in the muggy, humidity found in Macau. Our room was... More

This was one of my best hotel experiences and the first stay in a Four Seasons Hotel. Outstanding service with super-friendly staff, excellent breakfast with the best quality of food, clean and well maintained gym facility, nice pool outside.

Enjoyed my stay a great deal. The staff was great, the room was outstanding and the hotel did a great job on the convention/conference I was attending. It's not a real gaming hotel, so you can enjoy being away from the action, but it is connected to the Venetian, so it's a short walk away. Well done Four Seasons!!

Where do I start.....Probably from being picked up by the Four Seasons driver at the Ferry Port in Macau where we received a very friendly welcome and efficient limo service to our hotel. Water in the car, fresh cleansing towels,we were given our time of arrival at the hotel and a very comfortable journey in a new S Class Mercedes.... More

Had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons in Macao. Awesome service, beautiful and clean rooms, comfortable bed, great food...The location is excellent and everyting is nicely organized. The airport is literally 5 minutes by car. Other 5-star properties should benchmark against this hotel. The only problem I had in Macao was that taxi drivers do not speak English and... More

Great hotel and great service. Very well located, welcoming, modern but at the same time classy. Staff always very friendly and ensuring our requests are met. Great lunch during the conference and the variety of the in-room dining menu is very satisfying.

Little bit overpriced but service is great, not a very big property compared to the other ones but descent and ok. I advice people to stay here but for much less you can get the same room next door. No casino on property and during night time. If you are with ur family, you can bump into girls ....

We stayed for 3 nights from Thursday to Sunday and had a wonderful experience. The concierge desk seamlessly handled our ferry (to and from HK), transportation (to and from terminal to hotel) and local restaurant reservations before our arrival. A normally overlooked detail, it was amazing to have 2 people waiting for us at the terminal. One to greet and... More

We decided last minute to duck over to Macau for one night, two days from Hong Kong. I wanted to stay at the banyan tree and was disappointed we couldn't get in. I then narrowed my options to the Conrad and four seasons, and decided on FS because its seemed more kid friendly and the pools looked far better. Boy... More
