The receptionist don't know what is a good customer service means. Especially the lady receptionist in the morning! Room is so dirty! They will not change your beddings, towel etc. Our stay was a hell!!! Don't go to this hotel. They don't value customers. I swear!

I enjoy my stay in this hotel. We came early and just dine in with the buffet breakfast for only HK$28. We stayed and do our workloads while waiting for our room to be ready. Wifi is free and fast.
