The rooms are really spacious. I mean they're huge in terms of Macau standard. However, I've always felt that it was uncomfortable. The room felt gloomy, I felt that the light in the room was not enough to make the ambience feel cosy. I had problems at first when I wanted to connect to the internet on my room. I... More

Hotel is old and worn out. Rooms are not clean. Air conditioners make a lot of noise and the beds are harder than the floor. I booked a room for six nights but left after the first night. Need I say more?

This is a surprisingly clean and modern hotel for the price. It has clearly been recently remodeled. The rooms were large with flat screen TV. Great location. I had no problems with language speaking English. Beds are firm, but not the billiard table type you find often in China. The big casinos are right across the street. There is a... More

The hotel is near Lisboa, Wynn and other casinoes. Our rooms were big and for the price paid we could only get small rooms in Hong Kong. Macau is a city that never slept and catered mainly for gamblers and the many human vices. Just 500 meters to the right of the hotel main door there is a 24 hours... More

Our stay in this hotel was ok. I do agree that service-wise, the staff could do better. It took forever just to ask for a change of room to a lower floor. In the end they understood but not after a tiring game of charades and some hand gestures. We stayed in their executive room and it was actually quite... More

Extremely mixed feelings about this hotel. Major problem is language. No one speaks English, so if you know exactly what to expect and what to do without any assistance it may be ok. The rooms are big and clean. Everything works sort of. The room was very cold I put the temperature at 36 but it was freezing, no need... More

WE have just returned from a trip to China and included Macau in our itinerary for a trip to the Casinos..Yes the Beverly Plaza is close to the old casinos and yes the room was quite big compared to others in this part of the world. BUT it has nothing to offer you if you speak English and if you... More

Overall, the hotel has a great location as it's just opposite the old and new Lisboa Casino and other casinos. It's is also within walking distance to Senado Square. The size of the room is big as well. My only complain is the bed.... it's as hard as a rock. Not much difference if you would to sleep on the... More

Checking in was horrible. Girls in the front desk cant speak english at all, and were so rude. I cant understand chinese so they start yelling (hoping i would understand better). Even when we were checking out, thier machine wasnt working so they wanted me to pay cash. Lame. We got to stay in the older tower and had the... More

The lobby of this hotel is considered small compare to the other major hotel in the city. Maybe, it is under construction. We stayed executive room. We were amazed when we reach the room. It's spacious, corner lot and higher floor - 18th. The staffs are very friendly. This is a 4-star hotel, i personally think that bell boys should open... More
