Was there in April 2013 and this hotel is just amazing. Good swimming pool, very nice food and surrounded by the nature all the time. I'm fussy. But this place is excellent. We had a great time there, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, our room was great and spaceous, breakfast and all other meals were delicious, great variety of different restaurants. Nice resort with a great pool, fully recommend Cinnamon Lodge Habarana (as all other Cinnamon hotels that we stayed at during our 2-week Sri Lanka trip).

The traditional Sri Lankan lunch served by the lake side was fantastic. The setting was ideal, with benches and mats to sit on. Lotus leaves on woven plates. All the traditional curries looked and tasted so good that it was like having lunch at a village home in the North central province.

Hotel was awesome. Very neat and tidy. Looks perfect. Friendly staff. Check in was on time and very sad to leave the hotel. Food and Beverage was at its best. Love the location, it was very calm and quiet place to stay. Recommend it for leisure travellers mostly. Keep it up Good Luck !
