Visited just after new and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Staff were extremely helpful and all spoke perfect English (unfortunately the same cannot be said for our Spanish).Location is certainly not central, but only around a 10-15minute metro (station around a 10min walk away) ride from most locations. It's an okay hotel but compared to other 4-star hotels in the city the are not really good enough. Okay neighbourhood. Not really in Barcelona, which needs to be noted. It is pretty close to Nou Camp (15-20 min by foot) but definitely not in the centre of Barcelona so be prepared to pay for the Metro
