At the end of Feb we visited Barcelona and stayed in Hostal Badalona. Although the rooms were very basic they were beautifully clean, attractive and nicely decorated. We arrived lateish and this was not a problem as someone was waiting to let us in. Very little English though just arm waving and pointing! We liked the Hostal and the area....
