We were cycling up Etna - the skies opened - two drowned rats got the perfect room at the top of the house. Big, clean, well-equipped and slightly quirky. Welcoming host Alberto and his parents. He took us to the best trattoria on our second night, just to be friendly. We would gladly be "stranded" there again.

We stayed for two nights in the main B&B in October 2011. Lovely rooms in a wonderful location, close to the top of Etna. Alberto, the owner, was fantastic and gave us great advice for the rest of our trip around Sicily. I look forward to visiting again so that I can stay in the Vineyard.
