This hotel is nicely located close to everything that was needed for our vacation. But the rooms needed upgrading, we didn't have hot water once the whole week we were there. Beach was gorgeous and food was very good.

I have stayed at southern palms before and was not blown away however I do walk onto the beach there which is beautiful, grab a rum punch at the bar and listen to the steel band during brunch.
