This was my second vacation after being to Panama. I was very excited to go to Cuba, as I've heard lots of good things about it. Let me just say that Cayo Coco definitely does not represent Cuba. It is an island with pretty simple, flat landscape (no mountains, or tropical forests). If you are looking to stay at the... More

First night they wanted to make us feel special and after arrival we were going "a la carte" restauran, well this backfired and and we weren't able to get food for 2 hours after we arrived to dinner why I don't know it took some yelling to get management attention to get food I was ok but we have a... Being a first time traveler, I must say that my first experience wasn't the bee's knees. The flight went smoothly and the 45 minute bus ride to the resort gave us time to adjust to the new climate. Me and my two friends arrived at around 3:00 PM to a nice welcome hall, well kept and all. But things started... More

We stayed at the MCG May 5-11, and for the most part, we absolutely loved it. It was our first time in Cuba so we were weary but it wasn't as bad as people make it out to be. The service was fantastic! Bartenders, entertainment, housemaids, even the nurse make you feel welcome. (Those sand flies can eat you alive... More

The resort its self is pretty good. The food is good, not excellent. they tend to over cook the meats, til all the juices are gone and becomes rubbery and its the same buffet (food) through out the week. THE SERVICE SUCKS, meaning at the orientation they till you "tipping is not mendatory, a pesso here and there is highly... More

I travelled to the Resort with my mother from March 22-29. This is a beautiful resort. It is my 6th time in Cuba but first time out of Varadero. It is different from Varadero and certainly more remote. The room we had was beautiful, nice balcony and completely replenished with water and juices every day. The food was the best... More

Me and my partner went to this resort 9-24th April and absolutely loved it. Food was fine (don't understand what all these people moan about) staff were brilliant, they look after you so much and are so polite. Hotel & rooms were always spotless, pool was clean, amazing views. Beach was unbelievable, we've been all round the caribbean and by... More

This was our first time vacationing at a resort, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. We were there from April 14 - 21. Having heard from other people that you have to get up early to reserve lounge chairs, we did that the first couple of days, but then found that we really didn't need to. There wasn't a mad morning... More
