We stayed at the Grand Inn Come Hotel because our plane arrived at midnight and we did not want to spend a long time getting into the city after clearing customs. Our week's stay started the next night in Bangkok. We stayed at the hotel from 2am Friday until noon on Sat. This was a poor stay. There was nothing... More

Have stayed in this hotel a few times but only overnight to make connections. I'd say it wouldn't be good to stay in this area for longer than a coupleof days. I would say it is very good value for money. Rooms are large and clean, yes it is a little dated but you get what you pay for. I... More

A friend who is a plane spotter left a gold ring in the room. He rang the hotel from Pattaya & they told him the chamber maid had handed the ring in to the office. As I had an early flight out two days later I stayed overnight with my girlfriend. We were met at the airport ( bus from Pattaya)... More

Location was good, close to subway and fast food restaurants. The rooms were clean but could be more clean. The breakfast was not bad. Some of the staff were helpful but there were not enough staff.

We came to Thailand for honeymoon. Our friend suggested to stay this hotel. We had a very good memory in this hotel. They treated us every steps. We booked with free shuttle bus. The staff at the airport were waiting for our arrival. Its only took 10 minutes from airport to hotel. The hotel located in a very good location.... More

We were unfortunately sent to this hotel by Air China as there was a 10 hour flight delay - they promised it was the best place for their business passengers and frankly it was dirty, uncomfortable and when we arrived, after flying in from London, there was no food available despite its promise of 24 hr restaurant facilities. There was... More

I had the misfortune of staying here for a night with my wife and 3 teenage daughters. Cost 4500 baht which is outrageous for this area.We had just travelled down from Korat and the family were tired else I would have gone elsewhere, better and cheaper. To then be asked to pay for WIFI was too much. All in all... More

My husband and I had a 12 hour layover at the Suvarnabhumi Airport and decided to get a hotel room to help recharge after our long travel day. The Grand Inn Come hotel fit just the bill! The BEST part about this hotel was that they had a driver waiting for us at the airport to bring us to the... More

Please avoid this hotel and its incredibly rude staff and management, We had to stay here for one night during the riots in Bangkok and I've never been treated so badly! First of all they raised the cost of the rooms extravagantly because they knew rooms were in demand due to the protests in the city centre of bangkok. So... More

This hotel has an impressive lobby, but everything else is downhill from there. The rooms are dingy and dirty with holes in the walls. Whatever you do, don't prepay. I did and paid 3200 baht for the same room said I could have for 1650. The "free" hotel shuttle runs every 2 hours and you must call them for a... More
