Very convenient location with clean room. Building is tired but new building is almost ready. Spa across from hotel is good. Food could be improved but staff is helpful, free shuttle and quiet room make it a deal. I've already stayed there twice and was not disappointed.

We travel as a family on a regular basis and have stayed in lots of different hotels. This one was the worst hotel we have stayed at. Rooms are smelly and dirty. The only positive was it was for only 1 night.

The hotel included a round trip to the airport which was very helpful for my first time in Bangkok. The hotel service was very good, room service was great, nice rooftop pool. It's a good stayover if you are travelling some where else.

Only very ggo thing is the shuttle waiting for you at the airport. All the other is terrible: food & breakfast are bad, very bad smell in room, very noisy (can hear anything hapening in the corridor). Booking and quote was made for 3 person, incl 1 child, but they requested 1000 Bht for an extra bed. Unacceptable.

I stayed one night in order to catch an earlier flight. There seems to be very little near the hotel, so we went into Bangkok for dinner, by taxi to the airport and then by train. This place probably isnt the best place to stay for an extended period of time. However, free shuttle service to and from the airport was appealing. Positives - Friendly staff, clean bed, ample room space and cheap ($40p/n). Down side - No hot water (especially noted after a 10 hour international flight) and unable to locate the room temperature control... More

I would not call this hotel an Airport Hotel. At least 20 min drive from airport with a taxi.Situated in a poor and bad looking area.
