We paid 72€ for 1 night, sleeping 3, in early October. Appt was clean and spacious. Only 50m from the beach. Nice little hotel pool and 'wet bar' with cocktail of the day only 2.50€. Fig Tree Bay is a lovely spot for snorkeling and water sports - try the Fly Fish for 20€.

I would rate these apartments as 2 star. They are somewhat dated but could not fault the service provided.
