we traveled to kanpur for a family function and our hosts booked us in this cute homely place. Though most of the people staying here were for buisness i think it is just the place for family. Comfortable peaceful rooms , very good restaurants and a nice garden . My daughter loved the games installed in the garden.

GAGAN PLAZA is truly the pride of all Kanpurites.In terms of its services and the polite staff...it beats some of the very best chains at the metros.The great buffet breakfast is a must try for all.Keep up the good work !!!

Gagan Plaza is the worst hotel I have ever come across in my entire life. The commitments made were all ruled out in the end after half the payment was made. The hotel is located on Mall road which is a main part of Kanpur. The rooms are ok. The room service food is quite good. The room tariff is also on the lower side. If on a tight budget then stay here else should look for better hotel.
