We only stayed here out of desperation at the other dire overpriced offerings in Gwalior. We reckoned that if we were going to be disappointed then we might as well pay less for the privilege.

There is simply a lack of budget, value accomodation in Gwalior city and this hotel proves my point entirely...
The only good aspect of this hotel I can think of, is it's loction - really close to the train station so if you arrive into Gwalior waiting to catch another train/bus this place is convinient.

The only reason we stayed in this hotel was because a different hotel we had previously booked cancelled our reservation and we were extremely tired and desperate! But the next day we found several other hotels in the area also charging cheap prices but were nicer.
Hotel D.M. has very friendly staff and a nice little garden at the back...
