My experience there was good, itajuba is an old but clean hotel, its principal value is the location one block away from cinelandia station. I think tha price value relation is good. Breakfast is perfect and if you don't have problem for the old furnitures and ambient it is a good option for bed and breakfast. More

I stayed in this hotel because I had a meeting in downtown Rio. This hotel was close to work (walking distance) and to Santos Dumond Airport. I would only sleep for one night, nohing else, and my flight back was schedule to take off very very early next morning. Also, the Holiday Inn Santos Dumond was fulled booked... Pros: location,... For a first time visiter to rio i don't known what to expect from the hotel,but it was very nice,clean and the staff friendly and helpul.The downtown locale was great for public transporation. More

The itajuba has a very nice atmosphere. Nothing fancy - just comfortable and away from the Copacabana scene. Staff is friendly, personable and knows who you are. More
