My partner Kathie chose this hotel for our stop in Astorga, during our journey along the Camino de Santiago. I was so pleased she did, because the hotel is a solid establishment in an ideal location. “Infront of Gaudi Palace”

I stayed for one night at Gaudi Hotel. It's a normal hotel, with an oldfashioned bathroom and a very clean room. In the morning, it was a bit noisy, I suppose because it was Easter Time and the hotel was full. For the price (42 euros) it's ok, and over all, it's very well located.

Great location...bang opposite the Gaudi building... Hotel seemingly very popular, but fairly low on our scale...dark and a bit shabby-looking... Room hadn't been brushed-out and it all felt a bit seedy. Staff were business-like but not friendly.
