Clean rooms, reasonable-sized TV, breakfast range is limited but OK. Safe parking & just next to big supermarket (The Store). You may hear some car & motocycle racing activity after midnight. But for the price that you pay, dont complain.

The breakfast buffet ran out of food and glasses for drinks. The refill of curry chicken came in but it was COLD, like it had been left out in the air conditioning for a few hours. Pretty horrible, ended up filling my stomach with rice and chilli. Rooms were average and bath tub was very dirty.

Although not a 5 star hotel, it is great value for money. Good malaysian breakfast, carpeted rooms with bath towels and shampoo.
