Well-maintained property in charming Tibetan decor. Good restaurants and helpful staff. Rooms can do with better amenities and heating in the cold Shangri-la autumn.

Already when you turn into the driveway of the hotel you notice that it doesn't look anything (anymore?) like the attractive picture on the website. Our room was dusty, dirty and run down.
