Very friendly personnel, helpfull in all ways. Excellent restaurant with very good food. Hotel is outside Catania but with easy access. We could even use the outside pool in november, due to the good weather.

Lovely hotel with bags of history, well run and friendly too! Nice pool and small gardens. Only downside is the distance away from town and other sights (apart from Mt Etna). Decent restaurant too.
