We stayed here and enjoyed the quiet, and tranquility compared to its cousins Oberammergau and Garmisch. Very Ikea-like in decor, the price, and the accomodations were terrific. The staff was very friendly, and there are trails to hike and in the winter cross country skiing.

I think this hotel manages to survive because of its proximtiy to Oberammergau. It is large and ordinary, food was ordinary, the manager rude. even when their was a fire alarm at 6.00 a.m. the manger still managed to be rude. Nice swimming pool

We have stayed here for two nights as part of a passion play package. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious and the food excellent. The hotel is selling drinks at the reception till after two on a Sunday night and this gets noisy.
