The room was clean and well designed. All the equipments and furnitures were in good conditions. I liked the breakfast; fresh and tasty. Helpful and nice staff, most of them were smiling to the customer. Two negative things; tiny elevators and outside of the hotel...they are not as quality as the hotel.

Positives: Very nice and helpful staff. Very good breakfast and many food choices. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Well designed rooms. Nice view on İzmir. Free car park. Negative: Price is very high but it is in city center.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and beautiful view from the restaurant (top floor), especially in the evening. As a minus, no natural coffee at breakfast, and no swimming pool.

Hotel clean and updated. Rooms small, but nice, modern bathrooms with interesting window with mini-blind from tub into bedroom! Major problem was 2 tiny elevators and several large groups staying in hotel all trying to get to breakfast at same time and trying to get luggage out to bus at same time. The is a first class hotel, large rooms, wonderful service and amenities. Well located, waling distance to the harbor and the beautiful parks of Izmoir

The Hotel is very good and the staff is very helpful and professional. The Hotel is near Kordon and Kemralti bazar, the places you must visit in Izmir. Overall the Hotel is best value for money. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Sleepless night with the choice of not sleeping because of the heat or because of the Air-cond noise. Curtain partially closing, not so critical when one can't sleep. Our worst experience ever during this unplanned transit stay in Izmir.

Staff very helpful, special mention to the door man/ bell hop. and the manageress of resturant.. Ideal for conferances with quite a few meeting rooms, I would say that it is more of a business meeting hotel, with the "port" and it's resturants & nightlife about 20 minutes drive away.
