Stayed here at the weekend with my two lads for a visit to Twickenham. Ideally located for transport (Train Stn 200yds away!) Shops and bars in easy reach. I have stayed in a few Travelodges now and this was far from the best. The rooms are small, the curtains were different lengths, grubby bathroom and the bed was full of uncomfortable springs. We needed a hotel for one night as our boiler had packed up. Travelodge was local so we booked a Family room for 4. Arrived and was given key also two bin bags ....our bedding . 3 pillows between 4 people wafer thin duvet. Odd length wipe clean curtains one containing blood. I've stayed in three different rooms in the last few weeks. The hotel is modest and little problems arose (such as a light needing replacement in the room, the juice machine not working, or having to wait while the friendly new staff learn procedures). But all three rooms were clean and all meals edible.

Booked in no problem, room was awful..... holes in sheets badly stained carpet multiple major cracks in bathroom sink bottom of shower dirty 3 plus sockets - only 1 worked breakfast the next morning, 6 guests seated, we were told there were no coffee cups left???? bizarre!!! we was given a glass!!!!! breakfast was cold and the bread left out... Stayed one night before flying out from Heathrow next day. Inexpensive, no frills hotel but adequate for a one night stay.
