“Fantastic location. Poor rooms.”

Great staff let down by poor maintenance and lack of care for rooms. Not an international standard of management. Balcony was dirty, carpets need replacing. Location superb. Food not. Breakfast was cold and not fresh. Checkin staff very good and helpful. Pool clean and nice area.

arrived at 2.00pm , and was meet with unfriendly staff. They didnt tell us anything .we were taken to our room .we had to walk up steps and you had to be careful as there was bigs gaps in between them .there was black rubbish bags outside of the room , the room was old and outdated , the lounge... When we arrived at 4.00pm from Bangkok with our 8month old baby we asked for a cot to be sent to the room. Sorry no cot and if you want a mattress we charge 300 baht. “Very, very tired, crumbling 80's hotel in need of total refurb or pulling down”

If this wasn't pretty much the only hotel in the region, it would be shut. Everything looked tired, neglected, and bereft of hope, like a bad Detroit street.
