We found the restaurant with great ease, Fontjoncouse is signposted from very near the motorway and when we had to ask for directions in the village it was from two members of the restaurant staff going to work. The rooms are minimalist, cool and welcoming and the beds divine. The bathrooms are spacious and well appointed. I was on a cooking tour of the area and this is where we were booked it is a small hotel 8 units Not true luxury but everything one would want for a unbeivable stay in the southwest stay in France. The chef and his staff were fantastic. Every meal bter than the last. Would stay again in a minute.
