I stayed in the Chagala for the first time in May 2011. A lovely hotel with the best food I have tasted in Kazakhstan! The staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to arrange transport at a moments notice. The apartments are spacious and modern with everything you could need. I will definitely be returning!
