We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage out in the grounds of the hotel. This was ideal for our family of 6. For some reason, although the hotel knew we were 6, only 5 beds were made up. When we stayed at the hotel it was snowing and we were the only guests. The indoor pool was closed (the heating was faulty) - nobody's fault - but we were not forewarned and we were not offered a discount or upgrade because of it. We had actually chosen that hotel over another one, as it had an indoor pool....

Stayed for a night at the end of a visit to the Loire valley.
This hotel appeared to be absolutely brand new and everything has been decorated to a very high standard.
We had an extremely nice room with a good big bed and a nice little bathroom.
We couldn't get the free wireless internet to work - but that...
