Sorry to write but for this high priced house we expect more,…more “quality, service and not at least more cleanliness”. The owner will has to invest - on short term - in this property otherwise you will find a ruin. Location & Architecture,...absolute TOP !!!

We stayed at the pineapple house during our stay in Koh Samui, it was an excellent beginning to our honeymoon. The place has magnificent scenes, the pool is great and the friendliest staff ever! I do recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Koh Samui.

Couldn't ask for a better stay, from the beautiful accommodation to the very friendly staff truly a perfect vacation! We recommend Eden rock villa to all. A perfect location from the two of the best beaches on the island, Chaweng and Lumi. We are looking forward on staying at the Rice House again. We loved this place!
