This is my 4th at kulaypan hotel. Always consistent. It's really peaceful and simplistic. Staff are friendly and you don't have to wait for anything. Bonus for me is it is never too crowded when we visit Recommenced massaman yammy

ok, so the place needs a bit of restoration - but it has a lot going for it ! truly a reminder of how things were, a decade ago... great value, super friendly staff, location, food (try chicken laarb tacos !!) an incredible beachfront, just far enough from chaweng madness, even the beachhawkers are not too pushy ... ch

I loved this hotel, a bit dated but that just added to its character. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant location just far enough from the noisy nightlife of Chaweng centre, but easy 5 minutes walk to be in among it. Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It was our fourth stay at Muang kulaypan, again we did not want to travel to Koh Samui, we intended to stay at Muang Kulaypan. The place is magic, staff is lovely, everything is perfect.
