I travelled to Nirvana in August, nothing to complain at all, some people said all inclusive was bit poor i didn't really agree, to me it was ok, we at least weren't offered less than expected. The hotel is not all inclusive it is more like full board, If you want any kind of service you will have to pay extra so take plenty of money.
