The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were bare and boring, but adequate. If you have a corner room, the wi-fi doesn't work so you have to go to the lounge. the food in the restaurant was very good and at a very good price. Stayed in Hotel Les Bruyeres only because there was no other hotel near to where we needed to be because everything seems to close in October. Easy to get to from motorway after arriving at Biarritz airport. First impressions were the hotel lobby etc was clean and the staff were friendly. DIdnt use the restaurant because it closed at 10.00pm....
