Great shopping centre within walking distance, however getting to the centre of Florence proved to be quite a chore, hotel itself though was clean, comfortable and with friendly staff.

It's nice hotel, ibis typical style room, quiet area and good breakfast. Very efficient checkin and checkout. Near big shopping mall Gigli is a advantage. I've been stay in this hotel for fourth times and all is a nice experience.

Ibis staff very helpful. We booked 2 rooms - 1 twin and 1 double. The twin room had a really awful sewerage smell in the bathroom. When reported to the receptionist she immediately gave us another room which was very good. It is about a 20 minute drive to Florence Centre. We parked at the station which was very handy... More

all good. Service was ok. Bathroom could have done with a small repair -nothing major though. stayed with family including a child little outside of Florence and without navigation system a little tricky to find Did not have breakfast so can't comment on this
