Room and washroom/shower were clean. 2 hours away from the city and like Bora its has several beachresorts beside it. You can walk to the Whaleshark Tourist center. has a big pool, Staff are friendly, lounging area by the beach is perfect for watching the sunset.

We love the owners and the staffs of Elysia! very friendly, accommodating and service oriented :) Food was good too and the location was perfect! Also, they have a pool deck just outside the rooms. The place is the only relatively upscale place in Donsol and the only real resort like accommodation. It has loungers on the beach, a swimming pool, and nice bungalow style rooms which non of the other resorts have in Donsol. You don't have a lot of options in Donsol but Elysia has got to be the best. This isn't 5 stars, really its probably 3 stars but the others in Donsol looked like backpacker hostels.
