The staying experience was just average to good. The catch is this hotel has a very good restaurant. Check-in was quick. More of a business hotel than a leisure hotel so people on leisure may find a bit out of box. overall the stay was good.

I had been to Hyderabad twice and stayed in this marvelous place. A good ambience everywhere with rooms very well maintained with modern trends. Food is good with complement buffet breakfast. The hotel is busy always with people turning out mostly for business stay. Prefer this if your budget suits.

Excellent place to stay with family. The checking and service was good. Amenities are good and location is in the heart of Secunderabad. Rooms are very spacious and very neat and clean. this used to be a very good hotel. But has dropped significantly in recent times. Last time i stayed - was first given a room which had couple of large worms in the bathroom. Shifted to another room where the AC did not work. Then was told that there were no other rooms available....

We stayed for nor day at Minerva grand. The checking and service was good. Amenities good and location in the heart of Secunderabad. We stayed in suite room in which the bathroom fittings were malfunctioning. Flush gets struck wasting lots of water . Sink tap flow no foam but force very high leading to spillage. I was on an official tour with my collegue and booked a double room. I was thrilled to find that they upgraded my room over and above the discount they offered. Rooms are very neat. The breakfast has a very good spread and I really enjoyed it. The bar is slightly over priced though. But overll, a very good experience.
