Clean and very spacious accommodation, well appointed with the exception of the bathroom as the spa bath was rather shabby and the shower abysmal. It is on a main road so therre was quite a lot of traffic noise which meant that window had to be closed at night. Very helpful staff.

This was a very pleasant surprise after an excellent day in the Abel Tasman Park Travelling with my brother and his wife we had large, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. A very friendly welcome. A short walk into the town centre for restaurants. Free wi-fi; fast and reliable. Good laundry facilities.

Massive room with everything we needed. We upgraded to a spa bath room so as to rest our aching muscles after 3 days kayaking, but don't bother, it takes so long to run the bath, you'll just give up and go for a pint like we did.

After driving from Christchurch with 2 young kids in the car check in was easy and fast. Owners friendly. Rooms were perfect. Very spacious great kitchen and good sized bathroom. Close to everything. I would defiantly recommend this motel and stay again.

This definitely is the best accommodation in Motueka! We stayed a few months ago and when we needed a break away from our busy life we realised that Avalon Manor Motel was where we needed to go. The units are spotless and beautifully set up. Many thanks for the incredible service you give.
