Brilliant staff, very helpful cannot fault in any way. Rooms overlooking the sea stunning, very clean and really large beds. The food is really good with plenty of choice and the restaurant staff are excellent. Really enjoyed the pool area, beds without the mattresses too hard. The beach is great with plenty of sun beds, pity the beach bar not... More

The good bit first, the staff at meal times were very pleasant, hotel is clean and tidy. Now the rest, there is no mention of the amount of steps in the Thomson write up which you had to descend to get to the pool/bar area, we had 3 days of rain and wind, this then became an issue, the only... The welcome was excellent, with a cool drink whilst I registered. Although I knew the hotel provided a double room for single travellers (without full sea view) I did not expect a view of the garbage! My friend's room was even worse - her 'balcony' had a table and 2 chairs, but there was no room left to sit out!!... More

Booked this hotel for 4 nights recently and agree with former comments; Lovely views and we were upgraded to a suite at no extra charge Staff excellent Food plentiful although mass catering Suite large, chandelier with lounge area Downside; Unless you are on a fully inclusive deal then drinks are very expensive, usually about 11 euros on average. Our room was very good with a great view from the balcony, it was kept very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff on reception and the dining room staff were very helpful and polite. We were pleased we had gone for the Premium Plus option as drinks were expensive. The food was always freshly cooked and the... More

Arriving on the first day of the season and one of the pools was green and dirty however this was rectified by the next morning. There were no cushions on the sunbeds in the 10 days I was there. It is not a swim up bar as per Thomson brochure. I felt the restaurant staff were better than the bar... More

We booked an all inclusive with Thompson Holidays in May for our 40th wedding anniversary celebrations. The flight and transfers were relaxed and started the trip off to a pleasant start. The reception at the hotel was welcomed by the manager and a cool drink whilst registration took place. Porters took our cases and manager showed us to a honeymoon... More

As i am typing this i am sitting on our balcony drinking a Bellini watching a most beautiful sunset. The room (342) we have in the main hotel is excellent, well appointed, very clean and the bed most comfortable. The view from our room and the Bellini bar can only be described as sublime. Would highly recommend going for the... More

Me and my husband stayed here in august 2011 for one week, two days after our wedding. when we arrived we were taken by the relations manager to our room with a view. and what a view it was! our bed was trickled in rose petals, as was a path leading to it. there was complimentary bubbly, fruit and nuts...
