Had a bargain mid week stay. We were very impressed with this place... Lovely staff, good steam room and sauna. This hotel has such potential but lets itself down badly. Nice old building but the whole place needs a complete refurbishment. Food was average at best. Service from the staff was the one saving grace, they were all really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the golf course or the leisure and spa facilities so can't comment on them.

Stayed as park of a golf break. Old part of hotel lovely. Second world war memorabilia interesting. Golf course of municipal standard, fairways like rough, so tight possibly dangerous!
