Our forst visit to Goa. (Have been to Kerala twice). Reception, quick, efficient and welcoming. Room 207 overlooked road, no problem, sat on balcony watching the world go by. Stayed in hotel section. Was beautiful. Good views over pool that had swim up bar. Food in restaurant was really good and well priced. Staff were very friendly. Location is good but I think benaulim was more central. Great restaurant next door jazz inn. This resort has it all anyway. Definitely going to return and happy to recommend

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks at the Haathi Mahal. We were in room 305 which had recently been refurbished so was spotlessly clean with a fantastic bathroom. just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel.....rooms on 2nd floor newly refurbished and spacious...ours were adjoining which as great....staff very welcoming and helpful.....restaurant was excellent and breakfast had loads of choice tasty foods...would use this hotel again without a doubt....
