Friendly hostess but speaks and understands only Italian. The room was clean when we arrived, but then left untouched: no beds made, no new toilet paper,... stayed 5 nights. The website set expectation much higher. The owners are really nice, but the property is new and not charming as you may expect. Service has some problems, clean towels only upon request. rooms simple but clean. the position is central for all the area turistic spots.
