Situated just off the main road between Cappoquin and Lismore but well sign posted. Very convenient for visit to Lismore (Castle). Very nice and lovely place near the blackwater river (walking distance). Els' breakfast is the best we ever had in Ireland. You have to try Peter's scones. They are wonderful. Great (quiet) spot for a bit of laid-back relaxation. We (a mate and I) came for the last day of the salmon fishing on the Blackwater but ended up staying for a few days extra.
