I stayed here last week, I had a late check in and there was no issues with the delay. The rooms were comfortable - quite plain and a little tired but not too much. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was quiet and perfect for an overnight business trip.

Hotel is out of Milan town next to the highway. Ideally for groups by bus but away from metro. Hotel is 4 stars standard with spacious rooms, quiet big bathrooms and clean. Hotel restaurant serve very good tastful food but breakfast is pure. I was expecting something better from a 4star hotel.

This Holiday Inn was incredibly disappointing. It was not very well maintained or even that clean. The bathroom for example had water damage on the ceiling, chipped tiles, questionable material clogging the shower drain and the panel next to the sink was falling off the wall and black with mold! The best two things about this hotel?....the orange juice machine in the restaurant and the motorway slip road leading away from the hotel! It was a nice place for sure but location was not great if you are a tourist as you had to take the train to the last station on the green line. There was a shuttle to and from the hotel and station but not available all day. And the latest return was 8pm.
