Very good and courteous staff who are always smiling. Great view of the Kollam beach. Well maintained pool (the roof top pool was under renovation). food needs some work though (we were there only for breakfast) heard the desserts and pastries are the best in Kollam (sadly we did not get to try them) Definately a place to stay

The overall experience was good. The hotel staff was courteous and the beach is very nearby. The view of sea from the room was amazing. However, the complimentary break-fast in the hotel was not that great. not many options for a good breakfast especially for those who want to eat heavy break-fast.rooms are nice and clean.
