I don't think I've ever been to a hotel that was so hard to find! My Garmin GPS couldn't find Grand Boulevard so looked this address up on Google Maps instead and no, this isn't a product placement review! Just that this hotel is on the corner and hard to spot from the street! Once I found the parking at... More

My stay was a one night stop but the room was nice and fixtures and fittings modern and well cared for. Bathroom was nice, clean and well stocked with accessories a tired traveller needs. Parking was good (at rear) and a nice restaurant just 2 mins walk up the road. Great place for business travellers. Pleased to recommend.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone! My friends and I stayed here last year We booked 1 room for $200 and when we got to our room we found that the toilet would not flush and a light in the bathroom was not working. We reported these problems and were told they would be seen to while we were... More

There is not much in accommodation (hotels) to choose from in the Joondalup area, we found this hotel to be clean and well run, but expensive for what it had to offer. We stayed on a Saturday night, and was told upon arrival that the restaurant was closed that evening. Staff were polite, but not friendly. Recommend only due to... More

We recently stayed at this resort as it was school holidays and all accommodation near the water was booked out- and we are glad it was! We had a great stay here and the staff were really pleasant and the rooms were great. We really loved the food and though a little expensive it was well worth it. We will... More

The poeple who run the Joondalup are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The rooms are nice and modern. The food from the restaurant and room service is good for hotel food. The only issue was that the cleaners turned the Air con off every day when they cleaned so the rooms are hot and stuffy when you get... More

CONS - Old style CRT television, only a few Foxtel cable stations (ghosty too), surrounded by residential, no restaurants or shops in immediate vicinity, no underground or secure parking, restaurant closed Sunday nights, not the cleanest place. Bed felt tinny. Hotel and locale felt sterile and lonely - yet almost $200 per night. Internet @ $20 night. Not a good... More

The hotel is located at the Northern edge fof Perth. It is a great place to stay if you are doing business in that area. The hotel is small with around 30 rooms. It has ample parking. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The service is friendly and they have a small restaraunt for breakfasts and light dinners. It... More

my husband and myself stayed for 4 nights at the end of July this year while visiting friends, rooms were ok, staff ok. cleaned daily, everything in working order, and we had dinner in the restaurant downstairs three nights in a row and breakfast once the food was exceptional. Shopping mall in walking distance, alongwith other bars and restaurants, we... More

Ive been travelling over to WA for work for the last 5 weeks, and nothing in the CBD even comes close to the value, quality or cleanliness of this place. Perth CBD hotels have been quite a disappointment, and are not good value at the moment - Over $200 for shabby hotel rooms that are not kept clean and have... More
