our travel agent has booked this hotel for us telling that it is a 3* property. location wise it is remote. rooms were big, but were not cleaned. in bathroom "Paan" stains were there, which my child mistook as blood & screamed. pathetic. after telling them to clean it,it got cleaned after 12 hrs. food are extremely expensive. u dont... We arrived quite late n were fortunate to get a room. the room that was given initially looked clean but the AC was faulty and bathroom average in terms of neatness. This hotel was one of worst I visited ever. The first room they gave us had a TV which doesn't work and a geyser which was non-functional. Even the bathroom light had problem. We shifted to a new room which had dirty linen and a creaking bed. Here also there was problem with the power connection. The service is okay... More
