I spent 9 nights at the Novotel Cornella. The first bad taste started with the "free shuttle service to/from the airport" > no such service was provided at night time! We went to this hotel on April 2012 (3 nights). We were travelling with two kids. This hotel is close to the airport and it is now offering a free shuttle to and from the airport. This is a new service and it needs a little tweaking since the indications to find the shuttle at the airport were almost non-existent.... More
